Xueshi joins us as a postdoc and Shuro visits as guest PhD student
Our Quantum information processing efforts received a significant boost with the hiring of Xueshi Guo as a postdoc on the teleportation project funded by Villumfonden's Young Investigator Programme. Xueshi obtained his PhD from Tianjin University, China in 2014 and has since worked as a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
We are also happy to host Shuro Izumi as a guest student for 4 months until March 2016. Shuro is doing his PhD studies on a JSPS grant at Sophia University and National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Tokyo, Japan.
